Your bags look small. How much can they really fit?
You will be surprised how much can fit into our Pretty Green bags. While they look small from the front, they have a 6" gusset making them generous and roomy. We field tested them and they are mighty enough to handle a medium-heavy load of groceries.

Where are Pretty Green bags made?
They are made in America, in the O.C, actually (Yup, Orange County). Secure Online Ordering
Do you provide secure online ordering?
Yes, we use Paypal Merchant Services to process our credit card orders. We use PayPal because it is an industry leader in online ordering fraud protection and protects sensitive information using state of the art encryption technology. When placing an order on our website, PayPal makes sure that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher and ordering information is protected with an encryption key length of 128 bits, which is the highest level commercially available. You can shop with security.
But, do I need to have a PayPal account to place an order on your website?
Nope. You do not need a PayPal account to order from our site. We use PayPal services to process our credit card orders. If you currently have an existing PayPal account, you have the option of logging into your account.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the Discover Card.
Through PayPal, you can also pay with an existing PayPal account or bank account. All prices and payment are in U.S. dollars.
Order Processing Times
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders received will be processed within 24 hours and will ship out that same day or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out the next business day.
We currently use USPS Express Mail, First Class, Priority Mail and Parcel Post to ship orders.
Express Mail will arrive to your location by 3pm.
First Class Mail will takes 1-3 business days to arrive.
Priority Mail takes an average of 2-3 business days to arrive.
Parcel Post takes 2-7 business days to arrive.

Do you take international orders?
Yes, we are currently accepting international orders.
Sales Tax
Do you charge sales tax?
Our business is located in the State of California. We only collect sales tax for orders shipping to a location within California.
Email and Privacy Policy
I receive a lot of emails from online stores. Are you going to send me mail, too?
We do not send out emails unless we are replying to your email or need to inform you about your order.
